1. About Lumenstory

Lumenstory is a 3D animation and CGI studio focused on creating visual content for brands, agencies, events, digital screens, DOOH/OOH formats, immersive environments, and related creative technology projects.

Our work may include CGI and 3D animation, product visualization, FOOH content, 3DOOH and anamorphic content, event screen visuals, projection mapping, immersive video installations, motion capture-related production, and other custom visual production services.

Information on this website is provided for general presentation, portfolio, and business inquiry purposes.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, overload, or impair the website or interfere with any other user’s access.

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, reproduce, or extract website content for commercial use without our prior written permission;
  • use the website in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of third parties;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its server, analytics systems, forms, or related infrastructure;
  • upload or send malicious code, spam, or harmful content through any website form or communication channel;
  • misrepresent your identity, company, project, or authority to act on behalf of another person or organization.

3. Website Content

The content on this website is provided for informational and promotional purposes. We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or free from errors.

Service descriptions, portfolio examples, process explanations, and project references are not binding offers. Any actual project scope, deliverables, deadlines, fees, usage rights, revisions, and responsibilities must be agreed separately in writing.

4. Portfolio and Project Materials

The website may display portfolio works, videos, still images, renders, case descriptions, behind-the-scenes materials, or other examples of our work.

Unless stated otherwise, portfolio materials are shown only to demonstrate our creative and technical capabilities. They may include work created for clients, agencies, events, brands, partners, or internal demonstration purposes.

You may not copy, download, edit, redistribute, publish, use in presentations, train AI models on, or otherwise exploit our portfolio materials without prior written permission.

If you believe that any portfolio material should not be displayed or requires correction, please contact us at: hello@lumenstory.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, visuals, videos, renders, animations, designs, logos, service descriptions, layouts, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Lumenstory or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

All rights are reserved.

Nothing on this website grants you any license or right to use our intellectual property, portfolio materials, trademarks, trade names, visual assets, project files, 3D models, source files, animation files, or other creative materials.

6. Third-Party Materials and Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites, platforms, embedded videos, social media pages, portfolio platforms, analytics tools, or external services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Inquiries and Project Requests

You may contact us through website forms, email, social media, messengers, or other communication channels listed on the website.

When you send us a project request, you may be asked to provide information such as:

  • project type or format;
  • references or examples;
  • deadline and geography of display or publication;
  • technical specifications for screens, spaces, or media formats;
  • brand assets, product materials, or creative requirements;
  • project goals and audience context.

Sending an inquiry does not create a contract, partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or obligation for us to accept the project.

We may decline inquiries that are unclear, unrealistic, outside our capabilities, inconsistent with our values or quality standards, or not commercially viable.

8. Estimates, Budgets, and Timelines

Any budget ranges, timelines, availability, or production assumptions discussed before a formal agreement are preliminary and non-binding.

A reliable estimate usually requires a clear brief, references, technical requirements, desired deliverables, deadline, and expected level of visual complexity.

Complex CGI, simulations, photorealistic visuals, anamorphic content, projection mapping, immersive environments, and screen-specific formats may require additional technical information before accurate estimation.

Final pricing, timeline, deliverables, revision rounds, payment terms, usage rights, and responsibilities must be confirmed separately in writing.

9. No Guarantee of Marketing Results

Lumenstory may create high-quality visual content intended to support marketing, advertising, brand experience, event presentation, or audience engagement.

However, unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, sales results, media coverage, viral reach, impressions, conversions, revenue, audience behavior, or campaign performance.

The success of a campaign may depend on many factors outside our control, including media buying, distribution, timing, audience targeting, brand strategy, platform algorithms, event execution, and market conditions.

This is especially important for CGI/FOOH/3DOOH campaigns, where strong creative execution can support attention and memorability, but cannot guarantee virality or business results.

10. Client Materials

If you provide us with brand assets, product references, logos, images, videos, 3D files, CAD files, music, fonts, scripts, datasets, locations, footage, or other materials, you confirm that:

  • you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide them;
  • our use of those materials for the requested project will not infringe third-party rights;
  • the materials are accurate, lawful, and suitable for the intended use;
  • you are responsible for securing any approvals required from your organization, client, brand owner, venue, platform, or rights holder.

We are not responsible for legal issues caused by materials supplied by you without proper rights, licenses, approvals, or clear instructions.

11. Confidentiality and NDA

Some projects may involve confidential information, unreleased products, campaign concepts, brand materials, private event details, or technical specifications.

If confidentiality is required, both parties should agree to a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement or confidentiality clause before sensitive materials are shared.

Information submitted through a general website form should not be considered confidential unless a separate written confidentiality agreement is in place.

12. Accuracy of Technical Information

For projects involving LED screens, DOOH/OOH media, anamorphic content, projection mapping, immersive spaces, event screens, or other technical environments, accurate technical data is essential.

You may be required to provide specifications such as screen resolution, aspect ratio, physical dimensions, pixel pitch, viewing angle, media server requirements, projection surface geometry, venue photos, space layouts, or other technical details.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or changed technical information provided by the client, venue, media owner, event team, or third-party operator.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumenstory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, reputational damage, campaign underperformance, production delays caused by third parties, or technical issues outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim related to the website shall be limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, for the specific service directly giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Disclaimer

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

We may update, suspend, remove, or change any part of the website without notice.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
