Project Overview

A wedding hall transformed into a living digital garden.

The private client wanted more than beautiful wedding decoration. The dream was to create large digital arches where flowers would come alive, grow and bloom around the guests.

The goal was to turn a classic wedding celebration into a premium immersive experience where the venue itself became part of the emotional story.

Lumenstory created a full package of custom LED content: an opening show, 3D flower arches, perimeter LED visuals, content for musical performances and visual scenes for the key emotional moments of the evening.

The Challenge

Many LED surfaces had to feel like one seamless immersive scene.

The project was created for a large multi-zone LED system with screens across the venue perimeter and a central stage area.

Each screen had its own scale, proportion and viewing angle, so the content had to be adapted carefully to avoid feeling fragmented.

The main technical challenge was preserving depth, composition and synchronization across all LED surfaces so the digital arches and flowers felt like one continuous environment from different points in the hall.

Creative Direction

The architecture continued through LED content and bloomed around the guests.

The visual story was built around growth, blooming and the beginning of a new stage of life. Digital arches extended the real space of the hall, while flowers, light and motion created the feeling of a living wedding environment.

The key wow moment was the transformation of the entire hall into one living scene: flowers grew through the digital arches, opened across the LED perimeter and surrounded guests inside a large immersive stage.

What We Created

A complete custom LED content package for a full-evening immersive wedding experience.

  • Simulation workflows
  • Compositing and motion design
  • Final LED screen adaptations
Process

A full-event LED production pipeline built around emotional moments, simulation detail and real screen adaptation.

01

Storyboard

The opening show, flower arch idea and key moments of the wedding evening were structured first.

02

Animatic

Scene rhythm, flower behavior, arch composition and LED continuity were tested early.

03

3D Production

Digital arches, flower scenes, immersive environments and performance visuals were produced.

04

Simulation & Compositing

Flower growth, blooming behavior, lighting layers and final motion design were refined.

05

LED Adaptation

The content was tested through LED previsualization and adapted to the real screen system.

Technical Execution

The technical core was making many LED surfaces behave like one continuous immersive stage.

The most difficult part was synchronizing content across LED surfaces with different shapes, scales and viewing angles without losing depth or composition.

The digital flower arches had to align with the real architecture and scenography of the hall, so they would feel like an extension of the physical space.

Special attention was paid to the design of flowers, simulation speed, blooming behavior and the visual style of the arches because these elements defined the emotional core of the event.

The production used Cinema 4D, Houdini, Redshift, After Effects, Unreal Engine, simulation workflows, LED previsualization, compositing and motion design pipeline.

Production Notes

Nine revision rounds refined the flowers, simulations and digital arches before final LED adaptation.

Risks were controlled through staged approvals: first the style and element design, then key animation scenes and simulation behavior, and finally LED previsualization and adaptation for the real screen setup.

Client Feedback
“Thank you for turning our idea into a real visual story. The flower arches became exactly the image we imagined, and the result exceeded our expectations.”
Outcome

The LED content became the central visual element of the wedding evening.

The project fully changed the perception of Menorah Concert Hall, turning the venue into an immersive wedding environment rather than a traditional event hall with screens.

The LED content became one of the most discussed elements of the event, and guests actively filmed and shared the immersive moments on social media.

The digital flower arches delivered the emotional image the client wanted: a magical visual world that grew around the celebration and supported the key moments of the evening.

The project was approved, launched, led to continued collaboration and achieved the main goal: the wedding felt unlike a traditional celebration because the space itself became part of the show.
