Tefal Care For You — CGI Product Experience
A 48-second cinematic CGI product experience for Tefal Care For You, turning garment care into a premium visual story built around fire, water, steam and transformation.
A garment care product presented as a premium cinematic experience.
Tefal needed to communicate Care For You not as a standard household appliance, but as a modern premium solution that makes daily garment care easier and more desirable.
The goal was to create a visually strong CGI film that combines atmosphere, emotion and product functionality without falling into a typical technical product demonstration.
The final video was created for digital platforms, social media and event use, with Ukrainian voice-over localization for the local market.
A routine household function had to feel emotional, premium and cinematic.
The project needed to show a technology for garment care without making the video feel like a dry feature list or ordinary appliance advertising.
The main production challenge was the heavy use of fluid and atmospheric simulations: lava, water, steam, clouds and environmental effects had to feel realistic and controlled.
The video also had to balance abstract visual storytelling with clear product communication, so the final experience remained beautiful, understandable and commercially useful.
Turn daily routine into a real art.
The concept was built around the interaction of natural elements — fire, water and steam. Instead of explaining the product through direct functional scenes only, the film turns garment care into a visual transformation story.
The key wow moment is the collision of lava and water, creating a large steam veil that transforms into clouds, reveals a perfectly pressed dress and then transitions into the product itself.

A simulation-heavy pipeline built around controlled visual transformation.
Storyboard
The elemental metaphor, transformation sequence and product reveal were mapped first.
Animatic
Timing, rhythm and transition logic were tested before final simulations.
Production
Product scenes, abstract environments and visual transformation moments were created.
FX & Compositing
Lava, water, steam, clouds and atmospheric effects were simulated and refined.
Final adaptations
The final video was prepared for digital platforms, social media and event use.
The technical core was making fluid simulations feel realistic, controlled and story-driven.
The most complex part was creating believable interaction between lava, water and steam. The simulations had to feel physically convincing, but also behave as part of a designed visual transition.
Steam and cloud effects were not treated as background decoration. They became part of the narrative bridge from abstract elemental scenes to the perfectly pressed garment and then to the product reveal.
The team had to control simulation speed, atmospheric density, render quality and transition rhythm so the final piece felt premium rather than chaotic.
The production used Cinema 4D, Redshift, Houdini simulations, After Effects, CGI compositing, motion design, atmospheric FX and a fluid simulation pipeline.
Simulation previews helped control rhythm, density and product reveal before final render.

The project included about 3–5 revision rounds. The main changes focused on simulation speed, atmospheric density, transition rhythm and the timing of the product appearance.
“You managed to combine emotion, atmosphere and technology into one premium experience.”
A household technology product became an emotional premium CGI film.
The project created localized Ukrainian content with voice-over for the local audience and became part of Tefal’s digital communication.
Instead of a traditional technical presentation, the product was shown through an emotional visual story that made garment care feel more desirable and premium.
The final result proved that even a household technology product can be presented through artistic CGI storytelling without losing product clarity.
